Today, we are pleased to share that DigiThree Labs, the collaboration between ThreeFold and DigiCorp Labs, will be the first partner to offer the ownCloud powered by ThreeFold Grid service to their customers.

Already providing several solutions powered by decentralized ThreeFold technology alongside DigiByte blockchain technology – including Secure Authentication and Passwordless Login, secure video conferencing, secure web browser, and a quantum-safe storage solution – the ownCloud offering is well-aligned with DigiThree’s aim to deliver secure and private Metaverse-ready enterprise solutions.

In December, DigiThree announced its first contracted customer, Liqui Moly Asia Pacific.

A few months ago, ThreeFold announced its partnership with ownCloud, an open-source file sync, share, and content collaboration software with over 200 million users worldwide.

With ownCloud powered by ThreeFold Grid, people and enterprises will be able to manage their “own” cloud on a neutral cloud infrastructure free from censorship, user tracking, and privacy breaches, and gain new possibilities in regards to governance, reliability, and security for users and their data.
